I'm a passionate marketing strategy, digital media, and SEO management aspiring professional getting creative in marketing! I currently have over six years of working experience in various industries, with two years of experience in the marketing industry. At the age of twelve, I developed a cross-cultural understanding of the business from living in Tianjin, China gaining valuable connections and insights while traveling worldwide and living in Paris for a month while completing an intensive Global Marketing Program. I have proficient SEO knowledge, and running is chief among my specialties. During my last internship, I implemented and proposed a new strategy for ATS to optimize their SEO integration using social, display ads, and paid search ads, ultimately moving ATS's Careers Page from the 9th search result to the 1st. With this increase in demand, I aim to align organizations with their targeted organic search goals, often solving their main business problem during my process. In my spare time, you will find me writing my autobiographical adaptation of the bestselling novel, The Catcher in the Rye, now narrated through the lens of a young modern-day female whose relatability stems from her unreliability— primarily focusing on youthful transparency and the navigation of growing up as an outsider often via circumstances that preclude adult. I have assisted & managed marketing campaigns for the Matanky Realty Group for over a year while maintaining my passion for storytelling & executing innovative strategies. Global Marketing in Paris 2020

Among 23 students, I completed a month-long intensive marketing course with Seagull Institute in Paris, France, in 2020. I got to network and work closely with companies such as Chanel, WPP, Le Gramme, Paris 2024 Olympic Committee, Peclers Paris, Lacoste, Media Figaro, and Hyatt to develop my skills while receiving hands-on experience and mentorship. I got to speak with the CEO of WPP, Mathieu Morgensztern, the world's largest marketing agency, about its numerous marketing strategies and industry trends. Also, we were bestowed the entire communication strategy of Chanel. I distinguished how marketing is critically linked to a firm’s global business objective and interpreted why marketing and communication are influenced by cultural diversity. I also analyzed the contracts in marketing practices and business processes, and more importantly, how they are impacted by cultural differences, & collaborated with colleagues to prepare and present a pitch to a jury of industry professionals.

With expertise in guest blog content, reputation and citation management, backlink and competitive analysis, and SEO task management, I drive targeted traffic and ensure high visibility.     Utilized PPC ads & optimized SEO through targeted keywords. Moved ATS’s Careers Page from the 9th search result to the 1st when searching for the keyword ATS. Manipulated SEO keywords to enhance the rate at which ATS can be found organically by its core customer. Worked with the recruiting team to better understand their various primary candidates to find “recruiting pockets,” enabling me to create creative content targeted towards each of their primary candidates.

    Landed this internship my fist semester of Freshman year at Columbia. Discovered, negotiated, and secured new relationships resulting in the launch of 5 new properties in a 4-month timeframe, increasing Matanky’s annual sales probability by 7%. Drove overall engagement rate by 15% of the business’s primary content databases by providing the business’s prospective clients with consistent and informative content that is in tune with their audiences’ current interests and needs.

Cross-cultural understanding is more critical as ever as businesses become further globalized in an ever-diversifying world. My time living overseas helped me to deepen my understanding of cross-cultural understanding. This demonstrated cultural awareness of both my own culture and others and was a great way to earn maturity at an early age. I learned that my host culture impacted my way of thinking. While living in Tianjin for two years, I learned how to adapt from my background in an individual-oriented culture to navigate a group-oriented culture and build meaningful relationships. I believe the skills, global knowledge, and personal insight gained while overseas will have far-reaching implications that carry long throughout your life. I hope to influence consumers into thinking this way as well through my creative marketing strategies.
